Position: Experienced Estate Planning and Estate Administration Attorney for Growing Law Firm in New York

Four Corners Legacy Law, a boutique estate planning and estate administration law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and NY bar admission. This position offers the opportunity to join a fun and friendly team, take on a high level of responsibility, and provide a unique, holistic client experience.

Position Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations to educate clients on legal planning for themselves and their families
- Prepare comprehensive estate plans, using techniques to protect and preserve assets and accomplish client's goals
- Oversee support staff, explain legal documents and concepts to clients, and handle probate and estate administration matters
- Collaborate with clients' financial and insurance professionals and assist with seminar and webinar presentations
- Contribute to improving firm processes and services

Compensation & Benefits:

- $70k-$110k base salary, plus performance-based bonus

Location/Availability:

Requirements:

- Member in good standing of the New York State Bar
