Zwicker & Associates P.C., a national creditor rights law firm, is currently seeking a Judgment Processor to join our Finance Department in Andover, MA. As a Judgment Processor, you will be responsible for accurately and timely processing court awarded judgments by entering specific information into our recovery management system. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and effectively communicate any issues to the management team. The successful candidate will also have strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, as well as experience with AS-400/RMS.

We are looking for a team player who is able to maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and manage priorities and commitments. Excellent time management and attention to detail are also essential for this role. The physical qualifications for this position include the ability to lift five pounds or greater, sit for long periods of time, and travel occasionally. A minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule is required.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately process court awarded judgments by entering specific information into our recovery management system
- Follow state and client guidelines while processing judgments
- Audit and review systematically posted judgments
- Reconcile account balances in our system to court awarded judgments and client balances
- Research and process account balance adjustments and communicate results
- Report key metrics to management
- Support other ad hoc financial requests
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- AS-400/RMS experience preferred

Physical Qualifications:
- Able to lift five pounds or greater

- Able to bend and be mobile when needed
- Able to read and comprehend documents and correspondence
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing
- Able to travel occasionally
- Able to operate a computer or equivalent device
