As a Document Services Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing and inputting information into databases, creating litigation documents, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned. Responsibilities:

- Review and input information into databases
- Create litigation documents
- Copy, scan, and redact documents
- Comply with standard operating procedures set by the department and the firm
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Data entry and/or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and a positive attitude

Physical Qualifications:

- Able to lift up to five pounds
- Able to sit for extended periods of time
- Able to bend and be mobile when needed
