Summary:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $17-$20 per hour, with uncapped bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Establish contact with borrowers to discuss delinquencies and repayment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in computer system
- Meet or exceed performance goals and comply with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to FDCPA and state consumer protection laws

Requirements:

- Above average administrative and phone skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Organized and results-driven
- Basic computer skills

Physical Qualifications:

- Able to lift 5 pounds or more
- Able to sit for majority of work day
- Mobile and able to bend when needed
- Able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
- Able to operate computer, phone, and other devices
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing
- Able to occasionally travel for work
