Senior Employment Law Attorney III

Senior Employment Law Attorney III: A high-level attorney with 10 years of experience in law practice, responsible for handling complex legal issues and providing expertise and training to other attorneys. Expected to generate a portion of their own billable work and participate in marketing efforts. Part of the Mentorship Program and involved in board participation. Competitive compensation and incentive structure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Successful record of mediation and trial experience
- Researching and analyzing complex legal issues
- Writing legal documents such as memorandums, briefs, and letters
- Marketing services to prospective clients
- Conducting discovery and due diligence for litigation
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Managing schedule to meet production and collection objectives
- Timely approval of invoices to maintain financial health of the firm
- Effective utilization of support staff
- Actively engaging in brand expansion through social media, blogs, and organization participation
- Seeking positive reviews from satisfied clients

REQUIREMENTS:

- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the state of practice
- 5 years of experience as an employment attorney
