At Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law (ALIL), we are dedicated to changing the lives of the Latino immigrant community through zealous advocacy, creative solutions, and aggressive legal strategies. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Immigration Attorney with at least 4 years of experience practicing immigration, personal injury, or crimigration law. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to represent individuals and families in complex immigration cases and make a positive impact on their lives. Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents to support cases - Interact with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address concerns - Represent clients in court proceedings and argue motions on their behalf - Manage and organize case files, including maintaining documentation and deadlines - Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and seek guidance on complex issues - Provide legal advice to clients, often under the supervision of more experienced attorneys - Stay informed about changes in the law and participate in continuing legal education - Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing immigration, personal injury, or crimigration law - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Successful completion of the bar exam - Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) - Ability to work with senior attorneys and grow client base - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Experience with immigration court proceedings, including asylum cases and removal proceedings, is highly desirable Employee Benefits: - Medical (100% employer paid) for employee and qualified dependents - Dental & Vision Plan - Long Term Disability - PTO & Sick leave - Fitness Membership - Life Insurance - Employee Appreciation events - Unlimited snacks and drinks in office - Lunch catered every Friday - 401(k) with up to 6% match from the firm - Employee Assistance plan and other benefits About Us: Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law is a fast-paced law firm with offices in Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Texas.
