Assistant District Attorney – District Court
Hingham, MA Job Title: Assistant District Attorney – District Court Organization: Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office Salary: Not specified (Full-time position) Experience: Must have a JD and be licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts. Role and Responsibilities: - Represent the Commonwealth in prosecuting criminal offenses in District Court. - Manage an assigned caseload and appear in court daily. - Work at any and all four District Courts in Plymouth County (Hingham, Brockton, Plymouth, Wareham). - Must have passed the bar and successfully pass a background investigation.
