Trial Attorney
Wailuku, HI Law Firm Seeking Trial Attorney Singleton Schreiber, LLP is looking for a dedicated and motivated Trial Attorney to join our team. This is a remote position and we welcome candidates from California and Hawaii. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and document analysis. - Draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions. - Conduct thorough legal research. - Represent clients in court appearances ranging from status conferences to trial. - Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and contribute innovative ideas. - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members. Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school. - Active license to practice law in California and/or Hawaii. - 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation. - Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office products. - Familiarity with E-Discovery and legal software programs. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
