Salary Information:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal Certification through an ABA-approved program
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive legal experience as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other similar software
- Valid driver's license

Experience Information:
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Available to travel as needed

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Law Firm Training & Development Manager works closely with the Director of Training & Development to provide mentorship and targeted training to firm members. This includes virtual and onsite training, one-on-one coaching, reference guides, and learning modules, with a primary focus on paralegals and legal administrative assistants. Additionally, this position assists with workflow management and the implementation of policies and procedures within the paralegal and legal administrative assistant groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies training needs and designs materials for group and one-on-one training sessions
- Collaborates with attorneys to ensure efficient and cost-effective allocation of work assignments for paralegals and legal administrative assistants
- Monitors workflow within the administrative assistant group and assists with prioritization of incoming requests
- Supports all legal support staff in achieving professional development goals
- Serves as a liaison between legal support staff and other administrative departments
- Provides hands-on and classroom computer training for new hires
- Assists in developing learning plans for staff positions
- Maintains all components of the Learning Management Software
- Provides feedback to departments to improve user-friendliness of programs and processes
- Ensures training and support materials are organized and accessible
- Learns new software and becomes skilled enough to train others
- Coordinates training for new legal support staff and identifies opportunities for current staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
