Associate Attorney
O Fallon, IL The Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in O’Fallon, IL. This is a full-time position with a minimum of three years of experience in general litigation, complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability. The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the state of Illinois, Missouri, and/or New York. We are looking for a motivated and independent individual who is capable of managing a litigation caseload and has experience with motion practice and depositions. The Associate Attorney will handle local and national accounts throughout Illinois, Missouri, and New York and will be responsible for conducting depositions, preparing witnesses for trial, and reviewing and analyzing discovery requests. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers and clients on challenging cases in a collaborative environment.
