Senior Corporate Counsel

This role will primarily focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating and administering contractual documents for business relationships with vendors, customers, employees, and partners. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also work closely with all functional areas of the business, external legal counsel and partners to ensure compliance with company policy, government regulations and other requirements. This position requires expertise in contract structuring and analysis, as well as the ability to handle complex legal matters and work with larger clients. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Review and negotiate all contract terms and conditions Draft, edit, and standardize various contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and independent contractor agreements Serve as a main point of contact for all legal matters and work closely with external partners Develop and implement a contract management software system to streamline the contract process Train and educate colleagues on legal and compliance matters, such as data privacy and security Research novel legal issues and provide recommendations Maintain corporate records and assist with other company-related matters as needed EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Juris Doctor (JD) degree Excellent knowledge of English PROFESSIONAL SKILLS Experience in redlining and negotiating contracts Familiarity with state, federal and international data privacy and security regulations Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Proactive and able to take initiative beyond direct responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion Professional and positive demeanor with a high level of competence Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team TECHNICAL SKILLS Preferred experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, life science, and software technology and licensing Proficient in computer systems and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, contract management software, and digital signature software CAREER BENEFITS Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more Opportunities for growth and advancement in a fast-growing company Impactful work that contributes to the future of healthcare Inclusive and diverse company culture that values individual experiences and continuous improvement SEO FRIENDLY JOB TITLE: Senior Corporate Counsel at eClinical Solutions H1 HEADING: Join Our Team as a Senior Corporate Counsel at eClinical Solutions H2 HEADING: Responsibilities and Qualifications for Senior Corporate Counsel Position |
