Attending business development and networking events to promote the firm and build relationships. Utilizing case management software, ideally Proclaim, to effectively manage cases. Providing excellent client care and service. Handling CFA cases. Familiarity with the Pre Action-Protocol and the CPR. H2: Requirements Experience in medical negligence claims. Commercial awareness and drive to succeed. IT literacy, including proficiency in case management software. Strong client care and service skills. Familiarity with CFA cases.
