Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the file opening team and manage their workflow - Ensure accurate and compliant information is secured during the file intake process - Follow up with attorneys and staff for additional information as needed - Manage the file closing team and ensure timely completion of file changes - Work closely with the cash applications team on trust matters - Contribute to the maintenance and updating of information in our accounting system - Assist with file opening during the onboarding of new attorneys - Coordinate with conflicts team and firm counsel as needed - Collaborate with other members of the accounting team Requirements: - Associates' Degree or relevant experience in a law firm - Experience with Aderant or Elite 3E preferred - Direct file intake experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Salary: $60,000 - $62,000 Department: Administrative Employment type: Full-time Location: Remote; Valley Forge, PA Join our growing team at Chartwell Law and enjoy a fulfilling and rewarding career in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
