Family Law Associate Attorney
Boone, NC The position of Family Law Associate Attorney at the law firm, King Law Offices, PC, located in Boone, North Carolina, is currently open for interested candidates. The Associate Attorney will primarily work in the firm's Family Law department, but may also have the opportunity to work in other practice areas such as Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, and Estates and Elder Law. About the Position As a Family Law Associate Attorney, the selected candidate will have a variety of responsibilities, including attending court, mediations, and depositions, conducting research and preparing cases for court, and communicating with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing. The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for conducting new client consultations, conducting case reviews, and participating in PAG Team Trainings. This position requires someone who is comfortable handling a high volume of cases and is able to navigate them from start to finish. The day-to-day activities of this position will also include checking email, returning messages, and working on case-related tasks. The Associate Attorney will also work closely with their assigned case manager and receive mentorship and training from the firm's team on a weekly basis.
