Staff Attorney

Overview: - Seeking multiple staff attorneys to join the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** team and provide high-quality representation to indigent clients. - Full-time and part-time positions available. - Responsibilities include communicating with clients, legal research and writing, making arguments in court, and collaborating with colleagues. - New attorneys will start with a smaller caseload and have opportunities for professional growth and development. - Every staff attorney is provided with a shared legal assistant, investigators/social workers, internal IT support, trainings, and technology/resources for managing cases. Requirements: - Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school or anticipate graduating in 2024. - Must be admitted to the New Hampshire Bar or eligible to waive in or take/pass the bar exam in 2024. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Must have a demonstrated commitment to criminal defense and a team-orientated, professional attitude. - Strong communication skills and work ethic are also required.
