Job Description:

- Seeking an associate with 2-5 years' experience in Labor & Employment matters

Job Requirements:

- 2-5 years' experience practicing employment law, including litigation, counseling, alternative dispute resolution, and traditional labor law
- Additional experience in drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, conducting depositions, oral argument, drafting and reviewing contracts, and negotiating settlements
- Ability to assess risk accurately and work with management and in-house counsel
- Excellent writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Must be a team player and able to take individual responsibility for client matters with direct client interaction
- Ambition to excel in a fast-paced law firm environment and work with like-minded attorneys
- Must be licensed in Virginia, immediate waive in, or a member of the bar in one or more US jurisdictions, and willing to sit for the Virginia bar
