As a Company Commercial Solicitor, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters for a variety of clients, including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare, and agricultural clients. This role offers exposure to a wide range of interesting and challenging work, including succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements, and investments.
