San Jose, CA VP, Associate General Counsel, Corporate Legal - Oversee all aspects of corporate legal needs for Adobe, including mergers and acquisitions, public company securities disclosure and reporting, corporate governance, executive compensation, real estate, tax, aviation, and general corporate counseling. The Opportunity - Adobe is seeking a VP, Corporate Legal to lead and provide vision for all corporate legal needs. - This leader will have global responsibility and manage relationships with the Board of Directors and CFO. - They will lead a team dedicated to supporting Adobe's rapidly changing business needs. What You'll Do - Oversee corporate securities and public company securities reporting. - Manage corporate governance, including advising the Board of Directors and investor relations. - Support ESG activities and global mergers and acquisitions. - Partner with the treasury department on debt offerings and cash management. - Advise on executive compensation, aviation, real estate, and tax. - Lead a team of 20 employees. What You'll Need to Succeed - JD from a leading law school and at least 12 years of relevant experience in federal securities law and corporate governance. - Superior relationship management skills and ability to develop partnerships throughout the organization. - Strategic problem-solver with excellent legal and business judgement. - Creative, innovative, and commercial leader with a positive attitude. - Strong ability to prioritize and focus on critical initiatives. - Collaborative leader who empowers their team. - Strong communication skills and ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization. - Inspirational manager and motivator. - Champion of Adobe's core values.
