Private Client Solicitor
Newcastle upon Tyne, City and Borough of Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom Job Title: Private Client Solicitor (6PQE- Partner level) Department: Private Client Experience: 6 years PQE or Partner level Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our expanding team in the Private Client department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of private client matters. They will also have the opportunity to supervise and support more junior members of the team, as well as contribute to marketing and business development activities for the firm. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive and accurate legal advice and guidance to clients on private client matters • Manage own caseload and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files • Draft legal documents, including Wills, trusts, and LPAs • Offer guidance to clients during probate and estate administration processes • Contribute to marketing and business development activities for the team and firm • Supervise and support more junior members of the team Requirements: • Qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner with experience in private client law • Strong knowledge and expertise in Wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection • Ideally a qualified member of STEP • Ability to balance client demands and non-casework responsibilities • Adherence to file and case management policies and procedures • Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and achieving positive outcomes for clients • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively • Maintenance of knowledge and skills in relevant practice area • Willingness to be involved in business development Benefits: • Excellent benefits package • Unrivalled working environment To Apply: Please send your CV and cover letter to Ruth Fell at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. |
