As a member of our General Counsel’s Office, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal topics and provide legal advice to our partners and colleagues across various service lines. Responsibilities: - Draft, review, structure, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers. - Provide legal advice on a variety of legal matters, including civil law, new technology law, intellectual property rights, and data protection. - Assist the General Counsel on other legal matters as needed. Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Business/Company Law, Contract Law, or New Technology Law/Data Protection. - 7 years of experience in a similar working environment or in a law firm handling contractual matters. - Thorough understanding of Luxembourg laws and regulations. - Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of German being an asset. - Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and international environment.
