Associate Attorney
El Segundo, CA Our attorneys are dedicated to providing high-quality legal services and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. MWWD is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and be admitted to the California and/or Nevada Bar. Excellent research, writing, analysis, and communication skills are also required. In this role, the Associate Attorney will work closely with our partners and clients in all phases of state and federal insurance coverage practice. This includes policy analysis, legal research, correspondence, analysis of case files, drafting of memorandums and reports, participation in strategy discussions, and assisting in ADR and trial. While insurance experience is a plus, it is not required for this position. MWWD offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary based on experience and an Associate Attorney Billing Incentive Program that provides automatic bonuses for hourly billable work at different thresholds after 1650 hours billed.
