Milan, Lombardia, Italy Salary The salary for this position is competitive and will be based on the candidate’s experience. The successful candidate will have a law degree with first-class academic records, be an Avvocato, qualified in Italy and have 1-3 years PQE gained within the labour law department of a leading international or national law firm (or within a national boutique law firm specialized in labour law). Expertise in corporate assistance, advising clients in litigation proceedings before Italian labour Courts, fluency in English and ability to work constructively and effectively as part of a team are essential. The Associate People & Reward will be responsible for: Supporting clients in all aspects of Italian labour law Supporting clients in litigation proceedings before Italian labour Courts Assisting corporate on M&A Training trainees and stagiares The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be committed to providing an excellent service to our clients and have a proactive involvement in business development and knowledge management.
