Job Responsibilities:

Manage information flow between attorneys and staff
Field and respond to client and prospective client calls and emails
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare attorneys for client meetings
Proof and edit letters, estate planning documents, court pleadings
Create and organize client files
Remind attorneys of deadlines

Qualifications:

Commitment to high professional standards
Ambition to learn and advance in the legal field
2 years office experience
High degree of attention to detail
Strong skills in MS Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong skills in Adobe Acrobat (converting documents to and from .pdf and editing .pdfs)
Excellent grammar, proofreading and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Exceptional interpersonal skills

Salary/Benefits:

$50,000/yr. (Overtime available; pay raises dependent on performance)
