Job Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring all legal requirements are met during the transaction process
Assisting clients in securing financing for real estate transactions and reviewing loan agreements, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Familiarity with land use and zoning regulations and assisting in obtaining permits, variances, or rezoning approvals for development projects

Requirements and Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
Admitted to practice in Idaho or ability to be admitted by motion
3 years of experience in real estate law
Ability to multi-task and prioritize is essential
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance
Strong academic credentials
