Law Firm is hiring a Legal Receptionist to join their team. The Legal Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the attorneys, paralegals and other staff in the firm.

**Key Responsibilities of the Legal Receptionist:**

- Answering a multi-line phone system, routing calls to appropriate offices and taking down messages
- Greeting visitors and clients as they walk into the office
- Sorting incoming mails, as well as processing outgoing mails
- Keeping record of appearances in court and scheduling meetings
- Keeping calendars and record of supplies inventory for the office
- Creating various forms for effective correspondence
- Performing data entry and general administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing of documents
- Providing support to paralegals, the office manager and other staff for the smooth operation of the office
- Ordering office supplies and managing office correspondence
- Ensuring the reception area is neat and tidy at all times
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Qualifications and Requirements for the Legal Receptionist:**

- Previous experience as a receptionist in a law office or similar environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
