- Expected to generate 50% of own billable work

H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Successful record of mediation experience
- Significant and successful trial experience
- Research and analyze complex legal issues
- Write legal documents and market services to clients
- Perform discovery and due diligence
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Manage schedule and consults to meet production objectives
- Close consults within designated range
- Timely approval of invoices is critical
- Ensure support staff are fully utilized and productive
- Share work tasks with others to serve communities
- Actively engage in brand expansion through blogs, social media, and organization participation
- Seek positive feedback from successful client engagements

H2: Requirements

- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent legal research skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in state of practice
- 5 years of experience as a transactional attorney
