Senior Computer Systems Analyst

Job Duties:
Analyze business, systems, and process requirements; document AS-IS and TO-BE processes; perform gap analysis and recommend process improvement; translate business requirements into technical specifications; design and develop complex, mission-critical Oracle enterprise resource planning solutions to support business functions in the areas of finance, manufacturing, and distribution; write technical design documents based on functional requirements; configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade Oracle Enterprise Applications; set up and customize Oracle Descriptive Flex Fields (DFF) to accommodate extensions; perform data migration from legacy systems; configure and maintain Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) for customer data management; design and develop interfaces between Oracle enterprise application and external third party applications using TCA APIs; design related data modeling and mapping; write scripts to schedule cron jobs; create and maintain user roles and responsibilities; synchronize MS Active Directory with Oracle Applications to control user access/security; design and develop reports; write adhoc queries; participate in testing and debugging; administer system performance by fine tuning the performance of database calls in PL/SQL stored procedures; and provide guidance to less experience systems analysts.
Skill Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study and five years of progressive experience in Oracle Enterprise Applications development. Three years of experience in design, development, customization, and support of Oracle enterprise solutions using Oracle Applications 11i, Oracle Applications Object Library, APIs, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 6i/10g and Reports 6i/10g, Shell Script, FNDLOAD script, SQL*Loader, SQL Server, and Oracle RDBMS. Oracle Discoverer/Crystal Reports/SQL Server Reporting Services, TOAD, Windows, Unix, and Sun Solaris.
