Bressler, Amery & Ross, a national law firm, is seeking a Securities Litigation & Regulatory Associate Attorney to join our Dallas office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney to work with a dynamic and growing firm, handling a broad range of commercial, business, and securities litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

- Handle and participate in a variety of commercial, business, and securities litigation matters, including trials, arbitrations, and regulatory enforcement actions.
- Provide legal counsel to clients in the financial services industry.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents.
- Offer sound opinions on compliance, litigation, and regulatory issues.
- Identify and solve problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with lawyers in other firm offices as needed.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of TX.
- 6-10 years of experience in business, securities litigation, and banking at a law firm.
- Trial and arbitration experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, banking, RIA, and SEC/FINRA concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
