Residential Real Estate Attorney Associate
Needham, MA Residential Real Estate Attorney Associate Location:Needham, MA Type:Full-Time **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***/Atlantic seeks candidates for immediately available positions. Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years experience with the following: Title rundown/review/recording P & S review/revision Refinance and purchase closing Lender, Realtor, and client relations Familiarity with various industry software Candidates must be in good standing with the MA Bar, have current MA Notary commission, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to closings all over the state, in the evening, and occasionally on Saturday. Bar membership and/or Notary commission in neighboring states a plus but not required. The compensation package for the candidate that meets all of this criteria is very aggressive.
