ABOUT US: The Accounting Systems - Automations & Robotics team is part of the overall Finance team and our mission is to automate new and existing processes with various tools and programming languages and support business stakeholders, to generate resources time-savings, increase operational efficiency and stimulate innovation. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Accounting Systems - Automations & Robotics team is looking for a new Automations developer to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager leading multiple automation initiatives, you will work side-by-side with teammates from a variety of backgrounds, being tasked with the end-to-end implementation and support of automation projects. You will constantly interact with internal business stakeholders and subject matter experts to support all phases of the automation development and maintenance. You will also collaborate with other automation development teams. JOB DUTIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES: *Design and build process improvement solutions and workflows with multiple Automation tools such as Alteryx, Automation Anywhere 360, Excel VBA, programming languages (Python, Delphi, SQL, etc.) and Transactions Matching (Blackline Platform). *Recommend automation approach, strategy and tools best suited for each process *End to end automation development and maintenance - document requirements and process flow; build, support and maintain automations *Manage defects, maintenance, schedules, and updating existing automations REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES: *University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent experiences *2 years of experience in programming/process automations *Advanced ability in Excel VBA *Excellent oral and written communication in English (French is a plus), with the ability to produce clear, detailed and accurate documentation *Capacity to take a proactive role with minimal supervision *Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities *Strong analysis and problem solving ability PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES: *Previous experience with Alteryx workflows *Previous experience in programming languages *Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional (Automation 360) *Previous experience with SAP FI/CO *Previous experience with Transactions Matching - Blackline Platform environment. *Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) & Teradata environment *Knowledge in AI/ML *Experience in an accounting or finance environment is an asset #Talent #Tech #Indeed #LI-Hybrid #ProgrammeRecommandationEmployes Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
