Key Responsibilities:
Traverse City, MI Respond to members/non-members courteously and professionally across all communication channels. Process and complete consumer loan inquiries , including credit cards. Build trusted relationships by assessing needs and recommending financial solutions. Pro-actively offer additional products and services Maintain comprehensive credit report knowledge to assist with credit improvement. Stay informed about credit insurance products and actively offer them to qualifying members. Provide responses to various membership/account inquiries Keep up-to-date with consumer loan products and services Understand credit union products, services, policies, and regulations Maintain confidentiality of member information. Meet established expectations and handle additional responsibilities as assigned. |
