Information and Data Management
Stavanger, Rogaland, Norway - Information and data management (from services providers, from JV team members, official correspondence management). - Paper/electronic filling/ archiving. Establish and implement routines and best practice for information management and tools. - Provide adequate trainings to users. - Focal point on HSE related matters in Stavanger offices. - Contribute to BMS and HSE procedures development. - May provide extra-support to HSE department times to times. Qualifications Required - Information and Data management. - HSE would be a plus. - Good knowledge of Information Management and Quality Assurance systems (6 – 10 years of experience). - Rigorous, methodical and organized. - Oral and written communication skills. - Interpersonal skills: ability to work with others in collaborative manner. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Knowledge and ideally experienced in HSE domain. - English (W/S) / Norwegian (W/S).
