Candidates must possess excellent writing, research and advocacy skills and be licensed to practice in California. The successful candidate for this position will have significant responsibilities for handling complex litigation, with some transactional work. A resume and writing sample must be submitted for consideration. Writing samples can be correspondence, memorandum of points and authorities, or other similar writing demonstrating the candidate’s analytical skills and ability to present a persuasive position. The writing sample must be the candidate’s own work, with minimal outside assistance or editing. Redaction of writing samples to protect client confidentiality is expected.
