Senior Attorney: Matrimonial

Key Responsibilities: Handle a diverse caseload of matrimonial law matters, including divorce proceedings, equitable distribution, alimony/spousal support, child custody, and prenuptial agreements. Provide high-quality legal representation to clients, ensuring their best interests are always a priority. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to matrimonial law. Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on changes in matrimonial law. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop your skills and enhance client service. Build and maintain relationships with other legal professionals and the broader legal community.
