Civil Litigation Attorney
San Diego, CA A premier San Diego-based legal firm is actively seeking a dedicated Civil Litigation Attorney to enhance their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of robust civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for attorneys who have plaintiff experience. Pay Range: $110, 000 - $135, 000 / year DOE Civil Litigation Attorney Requirements: 3-5 years of civil litigation experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university Experience with billable hours;minimum 1800 billable hours annually Strong academic background, preferably from reputable law schools Must be barred in the state of California Strong writing skills and attention to detail are imperative Team-oriented and open to learning with a hardworking and persevering attitude Experience in personal injury, employment law, or similar fields is preferred Plaintiff litigation experience is highly desired Civil Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Handle all phases of litigation for auto fraud cases, overseeing them from start to finish Take charge of drafting complaints and filing them with the appropriate courts Collaborate with a team consisting of a Senior Attorney and Junior Attorney for each case Develop and execute case plans, ensuring effective implementation and progress Conduct discovery, arbitrations, depositions, and law motions Utilize our internal resources, which include case studies and collective experience, to strengthen legal strategies Benefits: Competitive salary bonus structure Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 100% covered for employees Unlimited vacation time Retirement benefits and profit-sharing plan 10 paid holidays per year |
