Cupertino, CA Remote – Candidates must be located in the Bay Area A family law and civil litigation office is searching for a tech-savvy part-time Contract Employment Attorney to join their team in a remote position. The firm is based out of Cupertino, CA and requires attendance to court in San Francisco, so candidates must be located within the Bay Area. They are looking for someone with at least 8 years of employment law under their belt, particularly with plaintiff cases to handle a diverse range of responsibilities including client communications, case follow-ups, and court appearances. Key duties involve working on employment plaintiff cases like severance packages and wrongful termination, attending hearings, acting as an expert witness, and overseeing paralegal work.
