This position is a Partial Hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days per week in the office. The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Real Estate Litigation Team aggressively defends and represents the full spectrum of real estate professionals—including appraisers, brokers, loan brokers, contractors, developers, escrow companies, home inspectors, and title companies—in litigation and transactions. Responsibilities Case handling, including analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies through all stages of litigation. Proactive client communications, including providing liability and damages analyses Represent clients at litigation proceedings, including hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations. Opportunity to try cases, including learning from the firm's ABOTA trial attorneys Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school Current good standing with the California State Bar (please DO NOT apply if you do not have a California bar license) 2 years of civil/general litigation experience.
