As a **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** litigation attorney, you'll analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies, communicate proactively with clients, and represent them in litigation proceedings such as hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and current good standing with the Texas State Bar 4 years experience in civil litigation Personal injury experience preference Construction law-related experience is a plus Insurance coverage/bad faith experience is also a plus Demonstrable experience researching, analyzing, deposing, and handling cases Detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and case analysis abilities Company Offers Salary range of $100,000-$150,000 bonus.
