Transactional Tax Partner with Big Law Experience (100% work from home)

Culhane Meadows is seeking a seasoned tax attorney with at least 8 years of practice in general transactional tax work. Candidates must have experience in tax matters including corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; partnerships, LLCs and other joint ventures; private equity and private equity fund formation; real estate, real estate fund formation and real estate investment trusts; regulated investment companies; and financing and capital markets transactions. Working knowledge of U.S. tax law implications on foreign companies or individuals doing business in the U.S, as well as general knowledge of state and local tax implications is preferred. Candidates should have an established portable client base of at least $200,000 per year.
