Culhane Meadows PLLC, one of the largest non-traditional distributed law firms in the country, is actively seeking an experienced and self-motivated Real Estate partner. Candidates must possess at least 8 years of meaningful experience in the practice of real estate law and finance with a primary focus on commercial real estate transactions, including: development, lending, acquisitions, dispositions, financings (acquisition, construction and permanent loans), commercial leasing (office and retail), apartment, multi-family and hotel properties, REITS, property management and brokerage agreements, joint venture investments, debt restructurings and workouts. Candidates should have exceptional law school academics and hands-on real estate experience from an AmLaw 200 firm, and a respectable amount of portable client work (at least $200k year).
