Personal Injury Insurance Defense Attorney
Los Angeles, CA **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a Personal Injury Insurance Defense Attorney in the Southern California area. This is a remote, work from home position, however, must be available to appear in court, at depositions, site inspections, etc. when necessary. We are a technology-enabled law firm with a nationwide footprint. Our insurance defense practice group has seen significant growth over the past few years and our growth is continuing in California. We are currently seeking an attorney with a minimum of 10-12 years of 3rd party insurance defense experience, with subject matter expertise defending against general liability, products liability and commercial automobile claims. Prior trial experience is necessary. Our firm has employed a remote (work-from-home) model for our attorneys for years. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** attorneys are supported by a full staff of paralegals, legal case assistants, docket and calendar clerks, file clerks, etc., some working remotely, some working in a traditional office environment. Our software applications (matter management system, document management system, etc.) are maintained in a cloud-based environment which firm personnel can access from virtually anywhere an internet connection is available. We are heavily invested in the use of technology to improve the efficacy and efficiency of the practice of law, and our practice is largely paperless. Therefore, candidates should be comfortable using technology in the practice of law and a willingness to learn new technologies.
