Client Service Manager

Coordinate between various stakeholders, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and inspectors.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Regularly update clients on transaction status, timelines, and next steps.

Coordination of Real Estate Transactions; Oversee the entire transaction process, from listing or buyer representation through to closing.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, filed, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Resolve any client issues or complaints promptly, aiming to provide a positive outcome. Implement service standards to ensure a consistently high-quality experience.

Administrative and Data Management; Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, preferences, and transaction details.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and follow-ups.
Prepare reports on client satisfaction, transaction timelines, and other relevant metrics.

Act as a liaison between clients and real estate agents, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Support agents with tasks such as scheduling showings, arranging meetings, and preparing documents.

Conduct periodic reviews of client interactions and records to maintain high compliance standards. Implement risk management strategies to minimize errors, delays, and other disruptions in client services.

Skills:
Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
A combination of business development and account management skills are required
Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
