This position is ideal for an attorney with 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation (personal injury) who has demonstrated the ability to manage cases from start to finish, including trial preparation and trial advocacy Responsibilities: Drafting pleadings and correspondence Taking and defending depositions Trial preparation Drafting discovery Document review Attending court hearings Negotiating settlements Complying with all legal standards and regulations Qualifications/Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work well with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers.
