Brown Chiari LLP, a prestigious law firm, is currently seeking experienced personal injury litigation attorneys to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys with a passion for advocating for victims of personal injury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: • Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents • Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide top-notch legal representation • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to effectively represent clients
Requirements: • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school • Membership in good standing with the New York State Bar Association • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including courtroom experience • Strong academic and professional credentials • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well in a team and independently • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
