H2: Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Represent injured workers in workers' compensation claims - Oversee a caseload of workers' compensation cases from initiation through resolution - Collaborate with leadership and support staff to devise case strategies for optimal outcomes - Maintain strong client communication throughout the case
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Active license to practice law in New York, in good standing - Minimum of 5 years of experience handling workers' compensation law matters - Proficient litigation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Empathy and a client-focused attitude
