Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a Workers' Compensation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our attorneys before, during and after trials. You will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients, courts, and other parties involved in the case. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, along with 2 years of litigation experience. Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program and experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, or other injury-related practice areas is preferred. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
