Responsibilities: - Sending subpoenas - Trial preparation - Obtaining medical records - Writing medical summaries - Analyzing and investigating claims - Maintaining billable hours - Utilizing case management software, such as Time Matters
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal - Experience with sending subpoenas and trial preparation - Familiarity with obtaining medical records and writing medical summaries - Knowledge of analyzing and investigating claims - Ability to maintain billable hours - Experience with case management software, preferably Time Matters
