**Salary Range**
The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to 175,000.00 annually.
**Job Responsibilities**
The Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney will be responsible for taking depositions, making appearances at the WCAB, assuming responsibility for cases at all levels of complexity, communicating with clients, developing strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases, negotiating and settling cases-in-chief as well as liens, drafting pleadings and reports, and handling all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
**Qualifications**
Applicants must have a valid CA Bar License.
