Are you a talented attorney with a passion for defending workers' compensation claims? Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join our Labor and Employment group in our Los Angeles, CA office. This is a hybrid/remote position with an estimated salary range of $130,000 to $175,000 annually, specifically for work in California.
As a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney, you will manage the legal defense of claims from start to finish, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. This is a highly responsible role that offers significant career growth opportunities, with comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed and advance within the firm.
To be considered for this position, you must be admitted to the California bar in good standing and have a general knowledge of the California workers' compensation system, as well as superior writing, research, and analytical skills. Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus, and candidates should also possess strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
