Law Firm in Panama City, FL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Attorney to join our team. Position: Attorney Location: Panama City, FL Salary: Competitive Experience: J.D. from accredited law school, member of the Florida Bar
Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable statutes - Develop strategies, evidence, and arguments in preparation for trial - Prepare a variety of legal documents, including discovery requests and responses, pleadings, and subpoenas - Utilize computer programs and document management systems to enhance job performance - Organize and maintain case files electronically - Maintain the firm's core values of honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and client commitment
